About Bobbi Mumm

From an early age Bobbi Mumm felt the lure of the big city lights. At eighteen she left her family’s Saskatchewan farm and began her travels. Over the next few years she worked as an au-pair (nanny) in Paris, a bar hostess in Tokyo, an English teacher in Hong Kong, and a tour guide in Australia.  Returning to her roots, she earned a B.A. (Honours) in Political Studies, French and Spanish at the University of Saskatchewan.

She worked for four years as a political assistant to a Member of Parliament and has, for the past ten years, enjoyed a half-time job as an event-planner at the University of Saskatchewan.

Bobbi is on the speaker’s bureau for UNICEF and delivers presentations at dozens of schools every year. She speaks French fluently and continues her language studies. Married to a nuclear physicist, she has four children, two of whom are college-age. The twins remain at home. Cooking and the history of fashion are her continued passions. Bobbi trains in Karate, as do her children.

A member of the Editors’ Association of Canada, and the Saskatchewan Writers’ Guild, Bobbi is active in the Saskatchewan writing community. Cream with Your Coffin is her first novel and has all rights available.
